I am getting sick and tired of Verizon. They have invaded my neighborhood! It all started back in December when they installed the cables and doo-dads to make way for their Fios TV service. A month later, my neighborhood was flooded with door-to-door salesmen selling Fios. Sure, sometimes anything sounds better than Comcast cable and my dad almost switched too, until installation day when the servicemen told him they’d have to drill through the wall, install cables across the room and we needed two giant boxes upstairs.
Now, every day, and I’m talking for over two months now, the neighborhood is overrun with Verizon trucks. They park the huge trucks in our spots and last week, I saw a bunch of them tinkering with our building’s wiring. I don’t like that. I know they’ve sold their service to a LOT of people in the ‘hood as evident by the 20 wireless internet networks my notebook’s wireless card picks up now. But really, how many more people can they possibly install cable for?
So help me God, if they park in my spot tomorrow, I’m going to park perpendicular to the lot, blocking them in. Let’s see if they like that one.
until I visit the Patriots Hall of Fame!

go for the slashing of the tires thats always good. but then they wouldnt be able to move. Second thought pass on that idea
All I can picture is a bunch of Verizon servicemen walking around repeating “Can you hear me now?” Almost like the Stepford Wives. LOL
Fios is awesome though haha? I switched from Verizon DSL and it’s literally 10 times faster. They overran my neighborhood too but its well worth it IMO.
