Ha ha ha ha. we may not have sports like you, but we do have competitive snarking, like to draft 60-page reports over holiday weekends, and have an intricate system of eye-rolling and sighing for miscreants that don’t get the Metro system (which IS waaaay better than the T, so there!) How can anyone think we suck?

I have lived in all three cities (boston, nyc & dc) but grew up here - it’s a toss up on the answer but I like how they fit in every cliche they can think up except, when I lived in DC, it was full of democrat staffers….and making fun of the Celtics is like making fun of the Yanks in the 70/80s….or should I say…right now!
