I learned today that my office is moving across the street! To the nice office building! That has a working bathroom!! AND PARKING SPACES!!!!!!!!!! AND HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess you’d have to see my current office (one word: dumpster) to fully appreciate the greatness of this move.

And even better… I am getting a substantial raise! Of course, it means I now have to work Fridays but who cares! I’m poor. I’d been putting off looking for a second weekend job until after football season. I couldn’t risk the chance that I might have to work during a Patriots game. Yes, I’d rather be poor than miss a Patriots game. Tell me again how devoted you are to your team?

So, yes, today was a decent day.
