I've been reading for a bit. I'm a friend of Goob's. I found you on Shyzer. And when you said "To say I’m crushed would be an understatement. :(" was the only thing I have been able to relate to in the past day. I was overwhelmed. I almost had a panic attack right around 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Then, I just kind of lost it for the rest of the night. When I was sitting in the hospital waiting room with Goob's brother this morning ( UNFORTUNATELY, nothing Patriot-loss related, just a cold) I saw a little boy with a Giants hoodie on with his mom... and out of all the things I really wanted to say, I realized he was just some kid and decided to throw out a "good game". His mother turned around, thanked me, and explained that her and her son were fans, but not as big as their husband and father that died in Iraq a month ago. I can agree that they really did deserve it. Every player and fan did. They beat our perfect season. Congratulations. But, I do still feel dead to the world right now. I think the only two key elements that will need to be replaced are Samuel and Colvin. Stallworth will also go but he's just an interchangeable cog in the machine. I just ignore Gambit. He's all bark, no bite. ;) Also, Belichick gave Coughlin a hug. That's his boy. I witnessed it. It was one of the last things I watched before turning the channel. Sorry, I don't like the Pats much, but rebuilding?!? This is one of the absolute best football teams in the past 20 years, not the senior year at Notre Dame! Brady has what, another 400 years left in his career if he goes the way of Brett Favre? In my opinion, the only reason why this team lost Sunday night was because the Giants were the first team in 19 games to say, "Why are we focusing on shutting down Randy Moss?
