I find holidays an over-commercialized pain. I don’t get paid time off (I’m self employed), so I can’t even say I’m looking forward to a long weekend.

I’m not a miserable bugger though. I mostly enjoy life.

Yeah, my dad tells me it all changes once you have kids. I wouldn’t know ’bout that.

I’m with you Ang, I don’t really like holidays either. My enjoyment of them comes from my Wife and Kids having fun with them.

Other than that I find holidays to mainly be just a pain.

4th of July and Thanksgiving are the best ones!
