Some days I hate the world
This has been stewing in my tummy since Wednesday afternoon.
I don’t get it, California. Tell me how a state that rejects a law requiring parents to be notified before their CHILD undergoes an invasive surgical procedure that could affect the rest of their lives, both emotionally and physically, could also, in the same election, explicitly ban gay marriage. Gay marriage. Does anyone care anymore? I guess so.
Gay marriage has been legal here for a few years now and I can’t seem to find problems with it. There isn’t debauchery in the streets, well except for the heterosexual kind like the night when I saw some guy orally servicing a female in Boston’s Post Office Square without any regard for anyone walking past.
I can’t see how gay marriage changes anything at all, except for maybe a boost to the wedding industry.
I have yet to see anyone attempt to marry a goat or any other animal which is one of the more ludicrous arguments I have heard in regards to allowing gays to marry.
What I have seen are couples who genuinely love each other get married. Couples who are no different than any other couple I’ve seen married besides having the same anatomical parts.
Having TWO cousins who are gay AND happily married, to California (and every other state that has constitutionally banned gay marriage) I say…

until the NFL Draft!
