Happy Patriots Day, America! I’d like to think this day celebrates my beloved football team but it doesn’t. Only Massachusetts and Maine celebrate this holiday but it truly is the birth of our Independence. Without it, we might be taking afternoon “tea breaks,” enjoying Cricket as our national pastime, and be immersed in the dating life of Prince William.
