We all know them, those people that at the beginning of any professional sports season go on and on about how much a team sucks, but low and behold, if the team plays well and wins a championship, gosh darnit they are their biggest fucking fans. OH THIS PISSES ME OFF! Normally I don’t really give a fuck, but this year with the New England Patriots Championship victory, the area has been overwhelmed with so-called ”fans”.

Here is a little background on why this has recently begun to piss me the fuck off. I have been a Patriots fan since Bob Kraft bought the team back in ‘93. My dad has been a fan since the Patriots became a team in 1960. I had never watched before because I was too little to get into the sport, I would have rather played with my Barbie Dolls and Legos. Well I did become a fan at around 14 years old and since then, Professional Football has become one of my obsessions. I have been forced to fight all the haters (those that cannot accept the fact that you are a fan of a particular team and will do anything possible to try to make you realize it), just at the start of this past season everyone told me, ”Oh Angela, how can you really watch a team that sucks so badly?” I always reply, ”You watch, they are going to the Super Bowl.” Their reaction to my reply would be to laugh so hard their eyes teared.

Well, no surprise to me, the Patriots did win and now all of a sudden, those same fuckheads are the Patriots biggest fans. OH MY GOD THIS PISSES ME OFF!!! They aren’t true to the damn team.

One question, how can one really enjoy a team’s victory if they only started watching two weeks prior? If you do now enjoy watching, and will remain true to the team, even when they have losing seasons, more power to ya, but I see it highly unlikely.
