Hey, look! It’s a new site design! With fancy Wordpress 2.5! And Tom Brady! And pigeons! And it’s in a color dark enough to not numb your eyeballs!

I am obligated to note that the pigeons were a suggestion from my boyfriend. I’ll also note, he hates everything about my header image other than the pigeons, which he suggested.

P.S. I’ve been getting lots of spammy comments lately so adios to “top commenters” and DoFollow. So, if you’re here because you saw this URL on some “DoFollow” list, don’t waste your time.

I’ve been playing around with my site’s CSS, if you haven’t noticed. This is what you get on a rainy Saturday.

I was hacked! Believe it… after nearly five years on this here interweb, my site was finally hacked. Why someone would waste their time hacking a lame personal website is beyond me but it appears to have been server wide. Thanks to my wonderful host, E-starr, the only thing that was lost was about ten hours of uptime. Take that, hacker dude or dudette!

Now, don’t forget to say thanks to a veteran today on Veterans’ Day! I did! I made sure to tell my dad, a veteran of both the Air Force and Marine Corp, to have a simply marvelous day! I’d like to extend my thanks and appreciation to all the veterans and active duty servicemen and women who have sacrificed for my freedoms!
